NEECS counselling is by appointment and we do not have an immediate crisis service.  If you need more urgent help or support on mental health difficulties for yourself or someone close to you, the following provide a service 24 hours a day throughout the year:-

-   contact your doctor or their out-of-hours service

    Team

-   Saneline: tel 0845 767 8000 - every day of year from 6 pm - 11 pm
    Support & information for anyone coping with or caring for someone with
    mental health issues.
-   Breathing Space: tel 0800 83 85 87 -Monday - Thursday 6 pm - 2 am,
     Friday from 6 pm & open throughout weekend (until 6 am Monday)
    Free (from landlines) service aimed at young men and other individuals  
    experiencing low mood or depression.
