Complaints:-
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please raise this with your counsellor
or the service manager, Fiona McRae. While we would aim to resolve your complaint informally to your satisfaction, we
can also provide you with a copy of NEECS formal complaints procedure and assistance in using it.
Should you wish to know more about the BACP Ethical Framework within which the counsellors
work, please follow the link to the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
